LHCONE Prototype In Asia Exchange Point Chicago TX Cross Connect Link ASGC Aggregation Network HK ASGC Aggregation Network Taipei ASGC Transit Point at Chicago TX Access Link Crossing Ocean Link Access Link Crossing Ocean Link Cross Connect Link TX TX Exchange Point Amsterdam ASGC Transit Point at Ams. • Conditions: • Access Link of of the TierX would need its domestic service provider assistant for connecting at Hong Kong. • When LHCOPN 10G link is down, the crossing ocean link will be used as backup link to support OPN service. • The networking facilities at HK, Taipei, and Chicago of ASGC are all Juniper routers.

  7. Connecting Type • Only LHC members are allowed connecting to LHCONE at Hong Kong or Taipei. • If not connecting from Hong Kong or Taipei aggregation network point, LHCONE connector itself has to settle done all of transit issues between ASGC and its accessing point.
