KELLY ASSISTANT DIRECTOR POLICE COMMISSIONER WANTED REWARD The subject shown above, who is known to this department as GAMEL NEMARD AKA GAMAL NEMARD, under NYSID#4850774H, is wanted in connection with the Attempted Bank Robbery of the CHASE BANK, at 3408 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, New York on Friday September 5, 2008. NEMARD approached the V/T, passing her a hand written demand note. NEMARD placed a black plastic bag on the counter and stated that the bag contained a DEVICE. NEMARD fled the bank on foot in an unknown direction, empty handed.
