Closed Items and Session Objectives • Press releases: • draft for 802.11j was approved by Excom after the last session. • Released out on the wire November 29, 2004 • Doc: 11-04-1487-00-0000 • draft for 802.11u and 802.11v announcement under review • Session Objectives • focus on website updates • streamline process, ideas? • goal to keep current on a real time basis • identify next activities appropriate to generate new press announcements • “Calendar of Events” • tracking 802.11/WiFi/Zigbee & other industry conferences • develop joint 802.11/15 webpage • liaison effort, looking for volunteers • other new business?
