Explain. • Why should people with a “diseased heart” avoid strenuous exercise? • Compare the time it took you to return back to your resting pulse with a partner. How does it compare and why. • Why was there an increase in demand for O2 as you increased the activity level? (Hint: this will require several sentences to explain. Refer to the cellular respiration equation.)
