RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That we hereby honor the Mayor’s Commission On Technology and WHYY-TV for developing a community awareness plan for the analog to digital television technology transition.
Ten political districts of Philadelphia • Council members select four organizationsin each district (1 for each vulnerable group) • Endorsement by the mayor
