Few American Christians will go to live in the 10/40 window countries, yet the majority of these Americans live within a few minutes of a student from the 10/40 window."

  38. What Challenges Do International Students Face? Culture Shock: Feelings of surprise, disorientation, confusion, due to the difficulty of assimilating into a new social environment. Language: Bridging the gap between classroom language study and conversational skills, slang, idioms, puns, and jokes. Lack of Friendships: Surveys show that many don’t make a lasting American friendship. 3.) THE PEOPLE WE SHOULD LOVE Results: Frustration, homesickness, desire to withdraw, feelings of isolation and rejection.

Be A Friend, Whether They Express Interest in Christianity or Not 4.) Experiment With Programs 5.) Cast the Vision & Enlist Volunteers 6.) Determine to Befriend ONE International Student This Year
