Properties Overview – Beach House • Architecturally Unique • Overall Condition is Poor • Layout is limiting for usage • Multiple access issues (ADA compliance) • Significant renovations required (mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural) • Long Term prospects and use for this structure? 1. Make required repairs and updates (including ADA), within the constraint of the existing architecture. 2. Remodel/reconstruction with additions. 3. Demolition and replacement.
