  2. About us AOS Adventure, based in Tarifa, specializes in incentive events, team building and outdoor training programs, with a methodology based on learning through direct experience. We are an experienced and highly qualified team, with a background in different fields: tourism, high-performance elite sport, marketing, psychology and former members of military special operations units.

  3. Where? We basically can operate anywhere in the Spanish territory, but we believe that the only way to ensure the highest quality is having the adequate facilities, close to natural environments. For this reason we have different venues, located in the Costa del Sol, Madrid, Granada, Cadiz, Aragonese Pyrenees, Barcelona, Seville and northern Morocco.

  4. Our products Our corporate products can be divided into three branches: • Training. • Team building. • Motivation and fun.

  5. Outdoor Training It is a training concept for corporations, based on experiential methodology. We combine outdoor activities with psychology, sociology and human resources management, in order to achieve concrete aims and objectives. The learning processes are developed in relaxed atmosphere, simulating everyday workplace situations, in natural environments (forests, rivers, deserts). Our training programs consist in overcoming obstacles, physical activity, contact with nature, group work and reflection processes, conceptualization and application of learning to everyday life.

  6. Team building TB programs consist in activities for corporations, in order to promote essential values ​​such as fellowship, communication or emotional intelligence. We offer activities related to sport, nature and adventure . For example:Adventure Raids, orienteering races or corporate scavenger hunts. We believe that each group has a different profile and needs, that is why our programs are never the same and are adapted to a previous briefing, proposed by the companies or their HR department.

  7. Motivation Our motivation programs consist in activities orientated to recreation, motivation and fun. We offer unforgettable experiences, giving a rest to the mind, rewarding employees of an organization or promoting new products between its employees and customers. Examples: sailing expedition searching orcas, Jebel Musa Expedition (840m, Morocco), MTB Morocco expedition, canyoning, aquatic multiadventure, corporate Olympics, paintball, 4x4 expeditions, ... and much more.
