  14. Accreditation Bodies

  15. Accreditation Bodies

  16. Accreditation Bodies

  17. Accreditation Bodies • Only 5 out of 33 AB’s have all three schemes.

  18. Auditor registration Must register with scheme owner (SQFI, GG, BRC) prior to auditing in scheme. CB must have fully assessed auditor first. Certification Body registration All CB’s must have a license agreement with an AB and the scheme owner ie. BRC, SQFI or GlobalGAP. Scheme Monitoring

  19. Certification Body gradings (KPI Reporting) Full KPI report for CB every 6 months. Individual and overall colour code rating (Green, Amber, Red). 5 KPI’s Report Quality Protocol (Compliance eg. Gradings, scope, duration, std…..) Auditor registration Directory (Uploading reports, directory information) Commitment/Communication (Attendance of BRC conference, CB meetings..) Scheme Monitoring - BRC

  20. Grade Consequences Individual and overall GREEN grade – no further action. Individual or overall AMBER grade – no requirement for formal report to BRC. Individual RED grade – Report with corrective actions submitted to BRC (10 working days). May also result in increased frequency of surveillance. Overall RED grade – full report with corrective actions to BRC (10 working days); Accreditation Body notified. Consecutive RED grade – may result in suspension. Scheme Monitoring - BRC

  21. Scheme monitoring - GlobalGAP • Certification Body Sanctions

  22. Scheme monitoring - GlobalGAP • Certification Body Sanctions • CIPRO reporting – combination of office and witness assessments. • Yellow and red cards issued to CB’s published on GG web-site. • AB’s work with GG on these assessments.

  23. Scheme monitoring - SQF • Certification Body gradings • SQFI works with two Accreditation Bodies – JAS-ANZ and ANSI. • Reporting is with the AB’s however some joint assessments are • conducted. • JAS-ANZ gradings: Major nonconformity, minor NCR, observations.
