Web Design Wednesday March 20 • Bell Work- • Explain how you make a child page and make a list of the child pages that your website will need • Essential Question- • How do you make an external style sheet? • How do you make a library item? • Class Work • Demonstration of external style sheet and library item • Make your child pages and create an external style sheet and library item • Due Today • Take a snip of your Dreamweaver screen with all child pages open and library item showing
Web Design Thursday March 21 • Bell Work- Fold a piece of paper into four sections then write down the list below in the column on the right. Give the page the title- Troubleshooting Checklist • An index.html page for the home page of your site • The template is linked to a CSS file • There is a child page for each of the client needs • A site map page that includes all of the links • All pages are connected to the template • All pages are named correctly and in the correct folder in the site directory • All pages open correctly and display the correct information on the correct part of the page • All menus work correctly • All library items work correctly • All spelling and grammar is correct • Essential Question- • Class Work- • Create site map • Troubleshoot and edit pages • Due Today- • Troubleshooting checklist completed by you and one of your partners • Complete client site with template, child pages and a site map TESTTOMORROW!
