Ingredients • 300g smooth flour • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 100g ground almonds • 150g sugar • 1 vanilla sugar • pinch of salt • pinch of dried ginger • 150g butter • 2 eggs • 100g piquant jam
Instructions • Mix flour and baking powder. • Add ground almonds, sugar, salt, pinchofdried ginger, flour and eggs. • Work out smooth dough. • Wrap it in to kitchen foil and let 1 hour havea rest.
2. From dough roll 0,5cm plate. • Cut stars and give it on sheet.
3. Do a shallow hole in the middle of the star. • Bake on 180°C until it´s pink. • When they get cold fill the holes with piquant jam.
