MERRCAC organizes different training courses and workshops on the peaceful applications of stable and radioisotopes in different fields such as; radiation protection, plant production, nuclear medicine, agriculture, animal production, plant production, waste management, gamma irradiation, medical physics and others fields concerned with radioisotopes. . 1. MERRCAC issues a scientific Bulletin concerned with the application of radioisotopes in different fields.This bulletin is issued in 4 volumes per year and distributed allover the world e.g. UK, Singapore, Germany, Denmark and all Arab countries. 2. Issues a specialized scientific Bulletin “Isotope and Radiation Research”
MERRCAC offers three fellowships; one month each, in the following topics:1- Using of stable and radioactive isotopes in hydrology . 2- Using of stable and radioactive isotopes in evaluation of pesticide residues in environment. 3-Using of radioactive isotopes in Nuclear medicine. 3. Fellowships
MERRCAC offers gamma irradiation facilities using cobalt-60 cell for researchers of universities and scientific institutes in Egypt and Arab countries 4. Cobalt-60 Irradiation Unit
The center has access with International Nuclear Information System (INIS) of the International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA) to collect nuclear data and publication.MERRCAC offers this service to researchers in Egypt and Arab countries. 5. Collecting Nuclear Data
