This applicant administration module allows users to create and maintain applicant records, generate requisitions for vacant positions, track applicant data, and manage the hiring process. It also includes features for generating reports and letters using Argos.

Applicant Administration Module • Create and maintain records on applicants for existing positions. • Create detailed requisitions for vacant positions. • Maintain biographic and demographic data on applicants. • Record multiple positions for which an applicant applies, along with the date and status of application.
Position Requisition Form • PAAREQU • Requisition, approval and recruiting data for vacant positions.
Creating/Matching Applicant ID • PPAIDEN • Click on “Generate ID” • Common Matching Entry - GOAMTCH
PPAIDEN • Enter name, address, telephone, biographical data, email. • Must have a Banner ID in order to use applicant tracking.
Applicant Information Form • PAAAPPL • Track an applicant through the requisition, a position, or a position class. • Status Log displays history of applicant’s movement through the hiring process.
Applicant Entry by Requisition • PAAAPOS • Collects basic applicant information. • Allows for the entry of multiple job application events.
Applicant by Requisition • PAIPOSN • Lists the name and status of each candidate for a specific requisition.
Applicant List Form • PAIALST • Displays all requisitions, positions, and position classifications associated with a specific applicant.
Requisition Candidate List Form • PAIRCAN • Lists all applicants who have applied for an open position.
Applicant Tracking Reports • NOCCCD uses Argos to generate reports and letters. • Export data into Excel and then complete mail merge to send letters.
