A wide range of material can be used for cutting including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. Browning Enterprise operates both the new 2019 TruLaser 5040 and the Trumatic L2530 laser machines. TruLaser 5040 Laser Cutting Machines Our new 10KW Trumpf TruLaser 5040 is a state of the art metal cutting machine. Its motion unit allows rapid movements of over 11,000 ipm. The 10KW Fiber laser allows us to cut up to 1.5″ Mild Steel and Stainless steel, 1″ aluminum, 3/8″ brass and copper, as well as various others such as titanium, plated metals, etc. The Machine can cut up to a 82″ x 162″ sheet and holds a position accuracy of 0.002″ and a 0.001″ –0.010″ part tolerance depending on the part thickness and material. Smooth cutting edges with BrightLine The BrightLine cutting procedure, the interaction between innovative components and a flow-optimized nozzle, enables the highest quality cuts to be made in thick stainless steel and mild steel. Particularly in stainless steel, the BrightLine fusion cutting produces an especially high-quality cutting edge – a clear- cut mark of quality. This results in considerably less reworking, or often even no reworking at all. Thin stainless steel You can achieve perfect quality in thin stainless steel – even in intricate contours: The edges are burr- free and rework is no longer required. Thick mild steel cut with The CoolLine process specifically cools the workpiece during laser cutting. This enables new geometries and considerably increases process reliability in thick mild steel. TruLaser 5040 Laser Unloading System Our custom built automatic unloading system helps us to maintain a high level of efficiency. Whether it’s a high-volume production run or a small job, we offer quick and accurate turnaround. Trumatic L2530 Laser Cutting Machine The Trumatic L2530 laser machine has a position tolerance of .002 with a cutting tolerance within .007. We cut up to ¾” thick. This laser machine is 50” by 100” and utilizes state of art design and nesting software. In connection with the TruLaser 5040 we can offer our customers dependability.
