  2. Product Introduction • It is a customized software that generates menu for the customer and hence provide an interface by which customer can select the items as per his/her need to order. Then the invoice is also generated. • The product is also designed to manage the Attendance and Salary structure for the working staff.

  3. User Interfaces • User Login Form • Main Menu Form • Master Forms • Attendance Forms • Salary Issuing Form • Customer Order Form • Pending Customer Payment • Report Selection Form

  8. A valid Password allows the access to the Staff Master and Salary Forms ..

  10. The Salary Issue form is also locked and can be accessed by the administrator only ..

  12. Allows Customer to Order the desired Items & Opens a form for Viewing / Clearing Pending Payments of the Customers ..

  13. Opens Report Selection Form for generating Reports ..

  14. Closes the software (prompt the user before closing) ..

  16. Dish Category Master The master form that is used to add or update dish categories (like Chinese, South Indian etc.)

  18. Dish Category Master .. Displays the categories entered in the database, and allows user to update on a single click ..

  19. Dish Category Master .. Enable the user to Close the form at any stage, just by pressing the ‘Esc’ Key …

  20. Dish Category Master .. Prompts the user before closing the form, if ‘Yes’ is clicked, then close the form. Otherwise the application is continue …

  21. Dish Master The master form that is used to add or update dish names that comes under a particular dish category (like ‘Chilly idly’ or ‘Spring Roll’ comes under ‘Chinese’ Category.)

  22. Dish Master .. Displays the name of dishes in the database that comes under the dish category (given in the drop-down box as ‘Category Name’), and allows user to update on a single click.

  23. Ingredient Category Master The master form that is used to add or update ingredient categories (like ‘Garam Masala’, ‘Vegetables’ etc.)

  25. Ingredient Master The master form that is used to add or update ingredient names that comes under a particular ingredient category (like ‘zeera’ comes under ‘Garam Malsala’ etc.)

  27. Dish Specification Master The master form that is used to specify the ingredients that are used for the preparation of a particular dish. It is followed by ‘Ingredient Specification’ form that enables user to specify the ingredients to be used, with their respective quantities, in the dish. After that, ‘Dish Detail’ form is displayed that shows the calculated cost of dish for 100 plates.

  35. Staff Master The master form that is used to add or update information regarding the various staff members in the Sweet Caterer Shop. The staff member may belong to any of the types: • Permanent Staff • Temporary Staff • Thekedar

  37. Temp Staff Master The master form that is used to specify or update the S, D, N values for Temporary Staff.

  39. Attendance Forms These forms maintain attendance for all the type of staff members active at the Sweet Caterer shop. The form is different for different staff types (viz. Permanent Staff / Temporary Staff / Thekedar).

  43. Salary Issuing Form These forms issues the salary for a particular month to the staff members of different staff types (viz. Permanent Staff / Temporary Staff / Thekedar).

  45. Select the staff type to issue the salary for a particular month … Salary Issuing Form for Staff ..

  46. Salary Issuing Form for Staff .. The name of staff members are filled in the drop-down box once the staff-type is selected. Specify the year and month (circled in Yellow) for which the salary is to be issued.

  47. Specifies whether the salary is to issue as advance or not .. Salary Issuing Form for Staff ..

  48. Customer Order / Booking Form The form enables the customer to book or order the desired dishes / items to be required to serve on any occasion.

  49. Select one or more dish categories to order the desired dishes … Customer Order / Booking Form ..

  50. Select the dishes to order under the above category … Customer Order / Booking Form ..
