Two differences 1.Difference about how to get a service --Chinese banks Consult the lobby manager Get a number and wait --British banks Line up at the waiting area Make an appointment for saving time
Two differences 1.Difference about how to get a service Defect: • Out of control. Step 3 • Customers become upset. Step 2 • Customers are lack of autonomous right. • Customers keep waiting. Step 1 • The manager is too busy to answer every request.
Two differences 2.Difference about division of labour --Chinese banks Almost every kind of daily private banking service should be operated by the tellers. Managers give financial advice and sell financial products. --British banks Managers do lots of jobs which belong to tellers in China. Redirect and show respect to the customers. Make banking service more efficient.
