Competitive analysis *Features are different from benefits, e.g. a smartphone “HK Movie app” feature includes listing of all current movies in HK, the show times, booking/payment mechanism, and comments from movie critics. The benefit is the ease of making a movie selection/booking without going through different cinema chain apps or newspaper ads or physically making a trip to buy the tickets, and this saves precious time for busy people in Hong Kong. Automatic double size copying is a feature of a copier. Saving paper, cost, environmental friendly and cutting the sheer volume of a document in half and making it less bulky/heavy to carry are the benefits. People buy on benefits and not features.
