Relocate Walnut Springs to a new building on the DSMS campus The new school design will: • Accommodate 850 students (approximately 104,000 SF) • Connect the middle school building and curriculum as deemed appropriate • Redesign the vehicle parking and traffic flow Extend City sanitary utility & remove existing water treatment facility Renovate Dripping Springs Middle School: • Remove extra classrooms to accommodate new flexible, collaborative spaces • Assessment project recommendations WSES-DSMS RELOCATION: SCOPE
