  2. Bryan Talbott, a graduate in Political Science is a prestigious property manager. He is working at Private Properties, a property management firm situated in Washington DC. He studied at the leading educational institutes of the country. He attained his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV. Besides, he also attended Fairmount State College in 1985 to obtain his Associate of Applied Science degree. In addition to this, he pursued his studies as a Law School Graduate from George Mason University, Fairfax.

  3. Bryan Talbott is fond of restoring old homes, reading, landscaping as well as riding motorbikes. Also, he likes to spend his leisure hours with his loving daughter Jordan Talbott, and son Drew Talbott. Both of his children are studying in Buffalo, NY. Bryan Talbott believes in hard work. He gives his 100% in all the tasks he handles. He stepped into the real estate industry in 1987 and joined Charles E-Smith as a leasing agent. He worked there for about a year and then moved to Dreyfuss Brothers.

  4. He acquired the position of Assistant Property Manager at Dreyfuss Brothers. After serving this company from 1988 to 1994, he started working for Wood Management. At Wood Management, he was promoted to the post of Vice President of Operations. He is into the real estate field since last 25 years and has gained a huge professional experience. He always succeeds in achieving the set targets within the stipulated time period. He capably supervises a team of 50 employees.

  5. Also, he gives them fair feedbacks after reviewing their performance against predetermined standards. Bryan Talbott was recognized as Realtor of the Year by a local newspaper in 2009. He was a well-acknowledged member of Million Dollar Sales Club for the consecutive years 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Apart from being a determined professional, Bryan Talbott is also a benevolent person. He regularly donates money from his pocket for cancer as well as HIV/AIDS research.
