SES Requirements • 20% Reservation • School Choice • SES • 1% Parent Outreach • SES Provider Contracts • SES Parent Notification Letter • SES enrollment start date
SES Requirements • Identify/Refer potential providers to TCDSS • Protect eligible SES student information (FERPA) • Prompt payment for services rendered • Resolve issues locally • Plan to address parent concerns
SES Requirements • SES enrollment form • Student Learning Plan (SLP) • Parents that accept must be contacted a minimum of 3 times, 2 different ways • Offer providers the opportunity to build Student Learning Plans (SLP) • Providers have the option to decline
SES What’s New • New provider application • Continuous enrollment • 30 days of no-service drops • Required pre- and post-assessments • SES in subject most needed by student • Parent choice of multiple modalities • Maximum of 15 hours per week • EZSES with parent information

Things to Remember • SES is parent choice • Parent completes SES student enrollment form • Student is assigned to first choice SES provider • Student Learning Plan review and approval • Conduct walk-throughs, interviews and/or monitoring • EZSES data management system
