  7. Continuing Professional Development • Initially we will use our own staff or buy in services. • We hope that through the development of theory into practice staff from schools will work with us on these • A further development would be to offer some M level modules Christine Hines

  8. Research & Writing • Working with partner schools on small research projects – eg Post Williams • Writing – developing the findings of research into papers/articles • Working with teachers to develop their ideas into publication Christine Hines
