Praise and Worship Probably not what you’re thinking…
At first the worship experience in this place looks very much like worship we’ve experienced elsewhere, especially if that congregation was “charismatic.”
It is critical for every member to fully understand the goal of worship.
What is the goal of worship? The fullest expression possible of the manifestation of our resurrected Messiah in the midst of us.
How do we achieve that goal? One mindedness!
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through me.” John 14:6
In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. And you know the way where I am going. Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?“ Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” John 14:2-6
We cannot be “in one accord” or “one minded” without everyone seriously dealing with this issue. Every team is as strong as its weakest player.

"Therefore if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering." Matthew 5:23-24
Self; the root of all conflicts! The serpent said to the woman, "You surely will not die! For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." Genesis 3:4-5
Mention a specific difficulty – “Oh, I don’t have that problem.”“Then you probably have a different difficulty.”“No, I really don’t!” Somehow, due to your superior spirituality, you don’t have the “battles” the rest of us have. Does Jesus owe Paul and apology?
This “flesh” isn’t getting any better! It doesn’t voluntarily give in.It must be crucified over and over and over and over and over …and over! Galatians 2:20 Galatians 5:24
Three Possibilities Lying to assert spiritual superiority Walking in self-deception Not called to the work of this congregation
Preaching during Worship Teaching Admonishing Anything more than a couple of sentences…
… takes the focus off of Jesus/the Father. Even if the focus of your speech is about God, everyone’s eyes/ears are on you, eventually completely squelching the move of the Spirit and defeating intimacy in Him and robbing individual members of the congregation of the very thing they came here for!
After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; and they cry out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb." And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying, "Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen." Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "These who are clothed in the white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?"
I said to him, "My lord, you know." And he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. For this reason, they are before the throne of God; and they serve Him day and night in His temple; and He who sits on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them. They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any heat; for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes." When the Lamb broke the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. Revelation 7:9-17; 8:1
the desire for the whole congregation to worship as one, allowing Jesus (Yeshua) full reign in us,that He might freely worship the Holy One of Israel in usas we worship the Holy One of Israel in Him
and that He (Jesus) would see us as a vessel through which anything and everything He desires to accomplish to the establishment of His kingdom He would be free to accomplish in us.
