Problem Statement • Small/midrange towns can not afford to build a physical crisis action center. • Establishing a temporary crisis action center takes too much time usually ending up with an after action review role. • People at a crisis site often do not have access to their own data at their normal work place. • Establishing and running a crisis action center often has no game plan. • Small towns do not have the resources to keep up with all the programs available at the state and federal level.
