  3. Exodus 33:12 One day Moses said to the Lord, “You have been telling me, ‘Take these people up to the Promised Land.’ But you haven’t told me whom you will send with me. You have told me, ‘I know you by name, and I look favorably on you.

  4. Exodus 33:13 If it is true that you look favorably on me, let me know your ways so I may understand you more fully and continue to enjoy your favor. And remember that this nation is your very own people.”

  5. Exodus 33:14 The Lord replied, “I will personally go with you, Moses, and I will give you rest—everything will be fine for you.”

  6. Matthew 11:28 Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.

  14. Psalm 118:5-6 In my distress I prayed to the Lord,    and the Lord answered me and set me free.The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear.    What can mere people do to me?

  15. Psalm 118:7-8 Yes, the Lord is for me; he will help me.    I will look in triumph at those who hate me.It is better to take refuge in the Lord    than to trust in people.

  16. Psalm 118:9 It is better to take refuge in the Lord    than to trust in princes.
