Neva Windows Applications for Automating the In House Activities. • Table Officer : Application used to manage In House Activities like • Discussions of Members • Managing Time Management of Members for events discussions. • Commanding the Events according to List of Business. • e-Voting (on Bills and Other Events) • Automatic Displaying Current Events like Questions ,Bills , Other Papers etc. On Big Panels by commands of table officer. • Automatic Displaying Current Member Speaking Time with Image of Members On Big Panels in House.

  3. Table Officer Application is attached with two more Applications • Display Current Events Application • This app is attached with Table Officer with the help of communication service. • Accepting the commands given by Table officer • App displays Events text like Question, Notice , Bills etc.

  4. Display Current Member Discussions • This Current Member App is also linked with Table Officer App and taking commands from Table Officer. • App displays Image of Members and discussion time consuming in Speaking

  7. Once Command is given by T.O page is redirect to another screen which looks like house sitting arrangement:

  8. According to LOB and Instruction given by Speaker Sir the operations is to be taken : Note: Once the Member start speak the image of member will display with time and Current event will be displayed in panel is installed in the house.

  14. Simultaneously Current events details like questions, Bills, Other Papers etc. is also display on display unit installed in house

  15. As we have seen in previous slide Question is discussing in the House. On another unit of display Show the replying the answer by concern Minister.

  16. e-Book installed in the House on the table of member which fully is loaded with List of Business, Question, Bills, Other Paper, Reports, Answer given by Department/Ministries.

  17. This e-Book is used to pass all the information digitally in house without paper this makes our Legislative house is paper less.

  20. Voting starts member have re – enter Password or login with Thumb impression .

  21. After Authentication Member have to select the choice to vote on particular event
