People could respond to consistent flooding by making some shelters that are high above the ground.
Long Term Responses to Flooding • They should make some flood protection like tall concrete shelters and grow some trees around the area. • They also need to create early warning systems like flags to indicate when there is some high seas so that they are better prepared for the flood.
