Streamlinethe CDM process • Increase the communication with stakeholders (mainly between UNFCCC Secretariat and PPs – DOEs); • Provide focal points / communication channels; • Reduce lead times for EB decisions; • Standardize/define project activities (rules) and forms (such as DOEs reports); • Provide timelines for projects / ways to end projects; • Provide clear tools / define clear, transparent, understandable , general accepted and reasonable rules at process and project level; • Define concrete, clear and reachable timelines in the processes for all participants; • Summary of decisions and their applicability. 7th CDM Joint CoordinationWorkshop_Tolcach, Eric
