HSPA Practice – Slide 1 Define: Absolute value - Distance that a number is from zero on a number line Arithmetic sequence - List of numbers where the difference between consecutive numbers is the same Average - Sum of the numbers divided by how many numbers were added together Circle - Set (or locus) of all points equidistant from a given point the center Circumference - Distance around a circle Collinear points - Points that lie on the same line
