Cadet Impact Goals • Conduct a JROTC promotion system .(G) • Track all cadet grades(GPA) (R) • Homework club (R) • Conduct four field trips(Y) • Pass annual unit evaluation(R) • Assist JROTC boosters to raise $5,000 (Y) • intervention program to assist students(R)
School Impact Goals • Create a new JROTC website(G) • Create a new JROTC flyer(G) • Create and distribute JROTC stickers(G) • Assist school with annual events(Y) • Recruit 100 cadets(G) • Conduct Operation checkmate(G)
Community Impact Goals • Co-host Vets and Cadets dinner(G) • Attend all veterans ceremonies (G) • Perform 700 hours of community service(Y)
A 4th year cadet who has given everything they possibly can to our unit. What is a Honor Cadet?
Academics • All honor cadets will have at least a 3.0 G.P.A and an "A" in J.R.O.T.C.
Fitness • All honor cadets will get at least a 75.0 on the Air Force Fitness Exam.
Community Service • Every Honor Cadet will lead at least 10 hours community service hours.
Communication • Each honor cadet will write a letter, read a book and do a research on the book, pass an interview, and give the unit presentation. They will also be able to type at least 50 words per minute.
Research Project • Qualified to do a college level research project and get at least a "C" on the project.
Other • All cadets will join a varsity sport, will be a great wingman, wear their uniform proudly, give a professional presentation, and try and get an SAT score of 1800.

Gameplan • Train Phase I and II (Both Teams) • Train Phase III (Rifle) • Tutoring Cadets to get 2.0 or better
