  1. 12 Days Best Of Kenya Family Safari with Bustroop Tours and Safaris Book Now

  2. Day 1: Welcome to Nairobi When you arrive, a guide from Bushtroop Safaris & Tours will meet you and take you to Nairobi Serena Hotel for a safari briefing. If there's enough time, you can visit the Sheldrick Elephant Trust and the Giraffe Center. Then, return to Nairobi Serena Hotel to rest overnight.

  3. Day 2 Transfer to Sweetwaters Have an early breakfast and head to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, passing coffee and tea plantations. Arrive at Sweetwater Tented Camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive to see elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalo, and more. Return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

  4. Day 3 Sweetwaters On day 3 of your 12-day Kenya family safari, enjoy a full-day game drive at Ol Pejeta, including a visit to the chimp sanctuary. You can also do activities like guided walks, visiting the Manyatta, night game drives, and lion tracking (extra cost). Have dinner and stay overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp.

  5. Day 4 Sweetwaters to Samburu / Buffalo Springs After an early breakfast, depart with your driver guide for Samburu Game Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, enjoy a game drive to see unique animals like Grevy's Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, and more. Return to Samburu Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

  6. Day 5 Samburu / Buffalo Springs After an early breakfast, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, with lunch at the lodge. Look out for leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and antelopes, especially near the Ewaso Ng'iro River. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

  7. Day 6 Samburu to Mount Kenya Drive to Mountain Lodge and arrive in time for lunch. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and watching the animals at the watering hole. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at Serena Mountain Lodge.

  8. Day 7 Mount Kenya to Lake Naivasha After breakfast, head to Lake Naivasha, arriving at the beautiful freshwater lake in time for lunch at Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Relax, then enjoy an afternoon boat ride and a game walk on Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

  9. Day 8 Lake Naivasha /Lake Nakuru After an early breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for a morning game drive. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, go on another game drive. Return to Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

  10. Day 9 Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara Wake up early for breakfast, then drive to Maasai Mara, passing through Narok. Arrive in the early afternoon for lunch at Mara Bush Camp. In the late afternoon, go on a game drive to see the 'Big Five'. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

  11. Day 10/11 Masai Mara After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, or opt for a morning and afternoon game drive with lunch at the camp. Parents and children can join various activities at the camp. Relax in the evening around a campfire under the African stars. Overnight at the camp.

  12. Day 12 Masai Mara to Nairobi In the morning, travel from the Masai Mara to Nairobi, reaching in the early afternoon. Transfer to Nairobi’s JKIA for your departure flight. Alternatively, extend your trip with a visit to Mombasa for relaxation at beaches like Diani, Watamu, or Malindi.
