  1. Everything you need to know on baby food Preparing your baby's first meal is often a time of great excitement and suspense for parents when thinking about introducing solids. The little baby who lives on milk and/or formula is about to start an activity that he will do every day for the rest of his life. Along with the anticipation of introducing your baby to this new experience, you often wonder exactly when what, and how it will all happen. There are many websites in India that sell good-quality baby foods. You can buy baby food online India from one of these trusted places that do not use harmful products for making food and will be absolutely safe and healthy to feed your baby. WHEN NEED TO INTRODUCE BABY FOOD? If you do a quick Google search on the best time to feed your baby, you'll see conflicting suggestions, which often confuses parents. Most sources now suggest that 6 months is the ideal time to start introducing solid foods, however, the American Academy of Pediatrics has not changed its previous statement that 4 months is appropriate. . So many pediatricians encourage parents to start at this point. At this age, food from nutrients is better absorbed, the digestive system is more complete, and the baby can sit upright and more stable. At the same time, there are not many studies showing side effects from 4 months. It's important to keep in mind that when you start introducing solids/table foods, you will begin the process of weaning. Although your baby will continue to drink milk/formula as their main source of nutrition until they are one year old, it will be less as they start solids.
