Farai Mabhiza - Electrical Engineer ECZ Deputy Chairperson Associate Director at ARUP Promoting technical expertise through designs, planning and consultants

Conclusions • Women engineers play a significant role in the economy • The Government and Society are playing are critical role in empowering women in Engineering • Our impact can further be enhanced by more women taking science subjects and enrolling in engineering programmes • As women are the best developers and designers
