Consent in a sexual context • Must be: • Mutual • Continuous • For every act • You can change your mind at any time • If should be up to the person initiating the activity to check-in and be aware of the other person When are times when consent cannot be given? • Any time there is force, manipulation, blackmail, pressure • Legally, you cannot give consent when you are intoxicated
