Program overview • Consists of 11courses • 27 extension units—upper division • Courses transfers to Human Services & • Human Services transfers to ADX • SOC, PSY & Human Services • Prepares students for entry into the field • at a professional level • Well known by treatment centers in area • Approved by most state certifying agencies

One (1) Official transcript from ALL colleges attended • Qualifications • Required 2 years sober • Experience/Education • Registration

Application Qualifications • Two years (60 units) of college credit * • Or two years of work experience in the Health or Human Services field (verified on letterhead by a supervisor) * • Or a combination of college credit and work experience to meet the two-year time frame requirement. * • AND Applicants with a history of substance abuse should have at least 2 years of continuous sobriety • *Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cost of Program • Program Cost: • The total cost of the program is approximately $4625, plus $1300 for books/supplies; subject to change. • Parking: • Kiosh VS Semester Parking Pass
Financial Aid*Financial Aid is not offered to the Extended Education Program. *If you were already receiving financial aid, it will continue.*Private pay and/or student loans may be available through Sallie Mae Career Training at 1-888-2-SALLIE or online at www.salliemae.com.*Payment plans for Tuition: private pay or loans can be paid through several payments, final payment will be due before the end of the semester*Email: ceereg@csudh.edu or call 310-243-3741, or present in person to the registration office

Program length • Students can complete the ADX program within 4 semesters; Fall to Fall or Spring to Spring. • Students are ONLY admitted during the Fall and Spring Semesters • The program is self paced • If you already had Financial Aid: requirements must be considered (minimum of 6units) when registering for class. • Students must have completed all Required courses (10) plus an Elective class (1) with at least 2.5 Grade Point Average AND all 300 Fieldwork Internship hours
