102 年 01 月 04 日 導師 會報. 總務處報告事項 ：. 一 、建議事項處理情形. 九 導所建議 將板擦機改為電動 式，經主計年度末盤點支出項目，勻出部分經費，先行更換九年級各班的板擦機，煩請導師叮嚀同學 妥善使用，也 不要再在 牆面 拍打板擦， 造成空氣汙染，影響健康 。七八年級的板擦機將視使用效果及經費 ， 再行更換 。. 二 、 完成事務事項. 102 年度合作社委外販售業務經辦理第三次開標，由高屏商行以 110 萬 800 元得標。 淨 德樓 3 、 5 樓油漆工程 。 司令台 壁 面改善 施作。. 三、 進行中事務事項.

  2. 一、建議事項處理情形 • 九導所建議將板擦機改為電動式，經主計年度末盤點支出項目，勻出部分經費，先行更換九年級各班的板擦機，煩請導師叮嚀同學妥善使用，也不要再在牆面拍打板擦，造成空氣汙染，影響健康。七八年級的板擦機將視使用效果及經費，再行更換。

  3. 二、完成事務事項 • 102年度合作社委外販售業務經辦理第三次開標，由高屏商行以110萬800元得標。 • 淨德樓3、5樓油漆工程。 • 司令台壁面改善施作。

  4. 三、進行中事務事項 • 102年1/8下午辦理九年級校外教學採購案第二次開標。 • 感謝曾信璋老師及820同學於放學後協助巡視各班級關閉門窗等事宜。 • 請叮嚀同學放學離開教室前務必關妥門、窗，及各項水電資源；也請留意放學後是否仍有同學在班級逗留。
