Are you interested in employing a Science Student? Submit a UROP Project (The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program) • Students available to commence work in laboratories during the universities’ summer recess in December/January. Actual start dates are arranged by the supervisor and student. • The Bio21 Cluster, through the UROP team, co-ordinate the call for applications from students and conduct the initial screening interviews. Suitable candidates will then be introduced to individual supervisors. • Students are employed by your institution as casual staff at a rate equivalent to HEW2 (~$29.50 per hr). Students must work full-time during some or all of the vacation periods & 8 hours a week during semester.
