TRAINING COURSES 2008 – 2010 Reformatted the NCPSC from ground based instruction to an online multi-media interactive course 2010 Updated the CAP Crew Resource Management course (CRM) and moved the prior Course-in-a-Box to an online format 2011 TAA Transition Course Training Platform came online to accommodate evolving training modules for technically advanced aircraft panels.

STAND-EVAL: YEAR – IN - REVIEW CAPR 60-1 Annual Examination for Pilots Per CAPR 60-1 this online written examination MUST be completed within 60 days prior to a CAPF 5 Annual Check Ride. This exam is 50 questions, open book, and has no time limit. Mission check pilots must complete National Check Pilot Standardization Course prior to initial appointment and every 4 years thereafter.

STAND-EVAL:PROJECTS PENDING • AIRCREW EMERGENCY TRAINING COURSE is pending final edit. Implementation target date is scheduled for Spring 2011. As previously briefed, this course is unfunded optional Mission Observer training for handling an incapacitated pilot situation and landing an aircraft under control. • CAPP 60 FLIGHT CLINIC GUIDE is pending final edit by NHQ staff with a Fall 2011 target date. CAP-USAF has approved the use of allocated training funds for this activity which will be available to all A and B mission qualified pilots.
STAND-EVAL:PROJECTS PENDING • NATIONAL CHECK PILOT STANDARDIZATION COURSE initial update of Module 2 “60-1” is pending the final 60-1 review by CAP-USAF for the latest revisions. • CAP G1000 COURSE WITH A TRAIN- THE-TRAINER COURSE is currently under development and will be placed on the TAA Training Courses platform online (for Instructors) when completed. • CAP G500 COURSE is currently under development and will be placed on the TAA Training Courses platform online when completed.
