We request that all notices, requisitions, communications and certificates relating thereto may be send to our said agent at the following address which is also our address for service: …………………………………………………. . We hereby undertake to give notice to the Administration of any change in our above-mentioned address for service the period of protection. Consequently, we empower our said agent to prepare and file all applications, requests, remarks and papers, to sign all papers, documents and registers; to receive all documents, communications, certificates, minutes and letters patent; to pay all fees; to receive all reimbursements; to withdraw any application; to file new applications; to alter and amend all documents; to fulfill all legal formalities; to maintain the matter the subject hereof in force; to defend our rights from opposition and in judiciary and legal proceedings; to file opposition against the registration of marks, design or models; to file opposition against the a grant of patents of invention; to renew our trademark registration, to fulfill all formalities necessary for the obtainment or maintenance of patents of invention; to fulfill all formalities necessary for the registration or renewal of our marks, designs or models; to appoint any person to do all or part of the aforesaid powers; and to revoke his substitutes. We hereby confirm and ratify whatsoever our said agent or his substitutes, may lawfully do. We hereby revoke all previous authorizations (if any) in respect of the same matter.
