  2. 操作說明 • 前置作業 • 確認模組需求 • 註冊新增模組 • 新增模組欄位 • 單張欄位設定

  3. 前置作業 • 取得資訊結構檔 • 本範例： • 002_出院病歷摘要單。 • 新增「測試模組」。欄位有： • 測試者 • 測試日期 • 測試項目 • 測試結果

  4. 確認模組需求 ─ 1 請確認目前欄位是處於篩選狀態。

  5. 確認模組需求 ─ 2 在B Column模組名稱的下拉功能表中，選取〔文字篩選/包含〕的選項。

  6. 確認模組需求 ─ 3 整理後，需要使用到的模組清單

  7. 註冊新增模組─ 1 請開啟模組編碼工作表。 移至最後一列。

  8. 註冊新增模組─ 2 請於編號欄輸入[’125]。確保輸入的內容屬於文字格式。 於模組欄輸入[測試模組]。 在查表用欄請複製上一筆的內容。或者輸入公式〔=A126〕。 並請注意目前模組資料範圍已經擴大到R126。

  9. 註冊新增模組─ 3 提供給公式查詢之用

  10. 新增模組欄位 ─ 1 開啟單張欄位彙整表工作表中。 請移至最後一列。

  11. 新增模組欄位 ─ 2 依需求鍵入資料。 必要時須增加中英文對照表。

  12. 新增模組欄位 ─ 3 註冊新增欄位資料區。

  13. 新增模組欄位 ─ 4 編輯設定重複性

  14. 單張欄位設定 ─ 1 新增一份單張表單

  15. 單張欄位設定 ─ 2 使用範本

  16. 單張欄位設定 ─ 3 填入編號與名稱 填入編號數字給公式使用。

  17. 單張欄位設定 ─ 4 回到單張欄位彙整表。 將編號002，有用到的欄位列出。

  18. 單張欄位設定 ─ 5 篩選後結果，複製查詢碼欄位內容。

  19. 單張欄位設定 ─ 6 • 完成單張彙整作業。 此結果是以模組排序，可調整成習慣之欄位順序，但注意模組的一致性。
