  4. Create RFX from existing template, View notifications, Pending Actions and RFX history List of RFX with status, deadline & other details Click on ID or Name to view details of RFX and responses received

  5. Include RFX details, questionnaire, items for quote, attachments in the RFX • Invite suppliers Specify details like type of deadline, RFX category, privacy, etc Wizard based guided RFX creation process to ensure no details are missed during creation

  6. Create sections and questions Questions can be text answer or multiple choice with single or multiple response Indicate whether response is mandatory, if checked, supplier will not be allowed to submit response without answering such questions • While creating a question, see exactly how the question will look to the suppliers • Create multiple sections for different categories of questions

  7. Create Items for which quotation is required, mention currency in which quote is required, quantity, unit of measurement, etc Indicate whether is mandatory, if checked, supplier will not be allowed to submit response without quoting for this item

  8. Invite suppliers by just providing their email id and company name for suppliers who are not already registered, the suppliers will be informed and guided through the on-boarding and registration process before they can response to the RFX. Alternatively. add from your list of suppliers who are already registered on system

  9. Quickly add/delete suppliers • Edit, Retract or close an RFX • Export complete RFX as PDF • View audit trail for entire lifecycle of the RFX Send instant message to any or selected suppliers, a system notification as well as an email will be sent to suppliers

  10. Get updated status of each supplier – Registered, Intended to response, Requested for view, Declined to respond, Submitted, etc Mention whether the supplier should be considered for evaluation Perform various actions related to RFX

  11. View comparative quotations and question responses for all supplier chosen for evaluation • View complete response of one particular supplier • View and download attachments of all suppliers

  12. Changes marked while editing RFX for easy tracking • Summary of changes sent to suppliers • Original responses stored in history • Suppliers only need to respond to edited questions/items while resubmitting
