Article 22 Recording, checking and assessing the study results • Examinations are held in the examination part of the semester in which the student has taken the subjects. • The examinations may be held in a different part of semester in which the student has taken the subject (however, studentisnotentitled to it, itis just a possibility). • In the last week of teaching period – pre-termcantake a place(fulfilment of all requirementsisnecessary).
Article 23 Grading scale and weighted study average • When a student does not fulfil requirements of continuous assessment, he/she gets FXwithout a possibility to take a final examination. • If the subject is re-enrolled, student has right, under the same condition, to one retakeexam only. • Student does not have the right to compensate possibilities for fulfilment of requirements of continuous assessment if this possibility is not specified in the Course Unit Information Form.
Article 24Stages of study check • If a student wants to continue in his/her study, he/she has to: • Show to have passed at least two compulsory subjects and obtained no less than 15 credits for successfully completed subjects at the end of the first semester, • Obtain in every year of study no less than 40 credits for successfully completed subjects for winter and summer semesters with the exception of the case when the student needs to pass the state examination only.
Article 30 Recognition of completed subjects, transfer of credits and grades • A student may apply for recognition of completed subjects or transfer of credits and grades if no more than 5 years have passed since they have been obtained. • It is not possible to transfer credits for successful completion of the subject in the study which has already been duly completed and the academic degree has been awarded.
Article 31 Interruption of study • Student´s study can be interrupted upon a student´s written request, usually for a part of study (semester, year). • If a student interrupts his/her study during teaching period of a semester, enrolment of subjects after interruption is not regarded as re-enrolment of a subject. • A student who applies for interruption in non-teaching period of the academic year and has not fulfilled conditions of study checking stage in accordance with Article 24, is not allowed to interrupt the study.
