Practice forming sentences using "ir a" (going to) and "querer" (want to) in Spanish. Work with partners to write about activities people want to do and are going to do. Task includes writing sentences and drawing corresponding pictures.

Sometimes we “want” to activities but can’t because we already have plans. Tell that you want to do the picture on the left, but you can’t because you’re going to do the activity on the right. Ejemplo: Quieroescucharmúsica, perono puedoporquevoy a cocinar. I want to listen to music but I can’t because I’m going to cook.
Tarea • Write 5 sentences like those we used in class today with pictures. You can draw the pictures or print them out. • Example: Yo quieroescucharmúsica, perono puedoporquevoy a cocinar.
