  11. XYZ Jan. 10th - Come at 10:00sm for BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING AND BLOOD SUGAR TESTING, at 11:00 exercise with Maeve, and enjoy lunch at 11:30.

  12. XYZ Jan 10 cont… Maeve Brackin will take us thru the PACE Exercise Program. PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) is a program designed for Seniors. If you have weights, bring them.

  13. Daily Devotionals Daily devotionals are in the Activities Center in the literature racks just as you walk in the door.
