Summary: three easy steps to submit your monthly data View monthly reminder email Step one At the beginning of each month you will receive an email, reminding you to send in your sales data for the previous month Complete Data Input Form Step two This email includes the Data Input Form, which we ask you to fill with your sales and employment data from the previous month Submit the form Step three Once the Data Input Form has been completed, you log onto GfK Informark’s secure website to submit the data Click to view the three steps in detail

Step one: view the monthly reminder email • Step one explained • Email reminders are sent by GfK Informark to all contributors on the first of every month (due date for data supply is the 10th of every month) • This email includes an Excel document that allows you to fill in the required information: this is the ‘Data Input Form’ • You can access the Data Input Form by double-clicking the document in the reminder email From: McKinley, Julia (Informark) Sent: 1 August 2012 9:00AMTo: Joe Green (The Greener Nursery Pty Ltd)Subject: Informark – NGI Research Project - Data Due This is a reminder that your data for July is due Friday 10 August 2012 (nb: if this day falls on a Public Holiday then please submit your data the next business day). Naturally, if you have an opportunity to submit your data prior to this date, it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, can you please contact me if you anticipate any delays? Please note that our ability to issue reporting in a timely fashion is directly linked to companies supplying data by the agreed due date. Step two: complete the ‘Data Input Form’ • Step two explained • This is a screenshot of the Data Input Form for the Greenlife category; note, separate forms will be made available for Allied Garden Products and Growing Media • Don’t be overwhelmed by the Data Input Form – your product lines may mean you only complete a small number of cells in this form • First of all, please make sure to enter your company’s details in the table above the main matrix (see orange oval on the left) Example Click to proceed

Step two: complete the ‘Data Input Form’ • Step two explained • Next, the Data Input Form will need to be filled with your company’s sales data from the previous month - let’s have a closer look at this • This is an excerpt of the previous screenshot which allows easier viewing • Here you find a list of products captured in the reporting, as well as the channels these products are sold into (please refer to the orange ovals on the left) • Now, this is where we ask you to state your sales data from previous month, making sure you select the correct cell, according to the product category and channel the products were sold into Example Click to proceed

Step two: complete the ‘Data Input Form’ • Step two explained • Once completed, please save down the Data Input Form and close the file • If your company is active in other categories, such as Allied Garden Products and Growing Media, please make sure to complete these separate forms in the same fashion Example Click to view step three – upload the form Click to proceed

Step three: submit the form to the GfK Informark website • Step three explained • Access the GfK Informark website as per the link provided in the reminder email (www.informark.com.au) • Select the ‘Login’ button • Fill in your credentials and select the ‘Login’ button once again Example Click to proceed

Step three: submit the form to the GfK Informark website • Step three explained • Access the GfK Informark website as per the link provided in the reminder email • Select the ‘Login’ button • Fill in your credentials and select the ‘Login’ button once again • You will then be granted access to the secure area of the website • In the ‘Data Upload’ tab, click the ‘Browse’ button • Choose the completed file to upload • The selected file path will now be displayed • Add a message and select the ‘Submit’ button Example That’s it – the data has now been upladed Click to proceed
