Employee Self Service(ESS) What is ESS? ESS – Components ESS – Personal Information ESS – I-9 Form
ESS – Personal Information Now we’re ready to navigate to an UTShare page. Using UTShare’s drop-down navigation structure, we’ll go to the Personal Information Summary page.
ESS – Personal Information The Personal Information Summary page is where an employee will add/update their biographical information. In this example, we will look at this employee’s Home/Mailing Address information.
ESS – Personal Information From here, an employee can add or update their existing Home and Mailing Address information.
I-9 Form To the left is the employee portion of the I-9 Form. Employees can use ESS to fill this portion out in UTShare (see following 2 slides).
ESS – I-9 Form Employees can fill out the appropriate information and electronically submit to HR. Note: Employees will still need to go to HR to submit required I-9 documentation.
Signing Out of UTShare To exit PeopleSoft, simply click the Sign Out link.
