4 killed in shooting at French Jewish school.

A gunman opened fire on a Jewish school in southern France, killing four people (a teacher and three children including a 3-year-old) -- the third shooting in the area in 10 days. The gunman fled on a motor scooter after the shootings. It's the third shooting by a man on a motorcycle in southwest France since March 11, and authorities suspect the cases may be linked.

The states — Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine and New York— want to put penalties on the books for the types of digital bullying that led students in several states to commit suicide. • Two male nurses face murder charges in Uruguay after admitting to killing at least 16 patients in two hospitals in the country's capital, Montevideo. According to the court, the two men appeared to have acted independently of each other. According to the authorities, the two male nurses, ages 39 and 46, both said they killed the patients because they did not want to see them suffer. But apparently not all those killed were terminally ill. The authorities say they believe the nurses killed the patients either by administering a morphine overdose or by injecting air bubbles into their blood stream. • A 23-year-old English Premier League soccer player was in intensive care Sunday after suffering cardiac arrest during a game in London.
