  4. Forum Page This page enables you to initiate or join discussion groups, on any subject you like. Just click join and sign up, the following pages will take you through this procedure.

  5. Login or Create a new user If you are already a member just log in with you username and password A or if you are a new member click create a new user B B A

  6. Log In Existing Member Enter your username and password and click log in A A

  7. Create New User Enter the Username of your choice at A then choose a password and enter at B next retype your password to confirm and click next A B C

  8. Enter your e mail address and press submit

  9. Select Yes or No to accept or reject e mail then click join,(If at any time through this procedure you are prompted to enter different username password or email details, please re enter different details. This will be because those details are already in use.)
