  11. The member’s information will appear here. Please note, this service only works for NACM Tampa Members listed on the report. For the identity of a member from another NACM Bureau, please email the Admin Assistant for your Group. They will email that NACM, who will gain their member’s authorization first.

  19. Account Monitor Service Account Monitor is a process to inform the User of a number of companies for whom they should consider retrieving Credit Reports for. Criteria is selected by User and predetermined on the server. Criteria can be modified at any time

  22. Group Flash Report Entry User enters AR number & the system automatically enters data. User must select code and enter amount . If the entry is urgent, like a bankruptcy or fraud – change the express group notification to YES

  25. Account Submittal To submit your accounts for the next credit report booklet, click here

  26. Account Submittal Type in your customer’s account number and the fields will fill in automatically (this service is only available to member who submit their aging to NACM. …OR User enters information on companies requested for meeting booklet

  27. Account Submittal Review & Editing User may edit or delete a submittal by clicking on the specific account

  28. Worksheet If you do not submit your aging, click here to fill out your trade information on the worksheet.

  30. Worksheet Entry & Editing User enters enters trade data on specific companies requested for meeting booklet - User clicks on ‘update’ or ‘delete’ to transmit data

  31. Worksheet Review User can review Worksheet Entry information User can view & print their data which was entered via the Worksheet Entry Page

  32. Worksheet Completion User is requested to notify Association when ALL data has been entered User does not have to enter ALL data at one time

  39. Non-Member Credit Reference Service They then must select which participating member’s reference they want.

  40. Credit Reference Monitoring The member using this service can monitor what companies are obtaining references from the REPORTS section.

  41. Credit Reference Monitoring The member can track who is obtaining references and even deny further access if they are uncomfortable with the company obtaining references or the number of times they are using the service.
