21. At the present age, one of the most serious environmental problems can be regarded as air pollution. Exposed into the polluted air, people are more likely to get respiratory diseases, like asthma, and lung cancer. What’s worse is that hardly can we see the blue skies and white clouds over our heads. To guarantee a healthy living environment, it is high time governments took effective measures to alleviate this problem, like limiting the number of personal cars and shutting down factories that damage natural environment. Only in this way can people enjoy a healthy life with cleaner air and blue skies.
