Short-Payment Summary • Resettlements of various days between Nodal go-live and the Abacus default are resulting in charges to Abacus (resettlements due to ADRs and the BOD approved price corrections.) • The previous short-payments associated with Abacus were uplifted in September 2011 (all available credits were applied at this time.) • The numbers provided here are a current view of the data and are not complete or final. • The uplift for the first short-payment should occur no earlier than July 2012; if short-payments are combined into one uplift process this may be pushed out further, based on the date of the last short-payment. • The allocation factors will be the same as used in the uplift performed in September 2011.

  4. BOD-Approved Price Correction Resettlement Update • Resettlements scheduled into early March • The Balancing Account for each month has to be redone using the modified DAM Resettlement results • Balancing Account resettlement for Dec 2010 won’t occur any earlier than February • Plan to perform manual work-around to allow use of the “normal” Balancing Account Invoice • Would like to discuss further with SEWG (the planned process for this resettlement and potential protocol changes)
